These kendama are made from wood which is then finished with an oak coloured varnish to produce a very attractive wood grain finish. See it in our video below. They have a lovely smooth surface. Note that like paint, the varnish may chip. They are otherwise the same as the Standard Dragon Kendama. Exact colour varies.
Dragon Kendama are a good quality standard sized kendama, ideal for beginners and anyone wanting to try kendama. They are modelled on the Japanese TK16 Master kendama and these stained editions have a lovely wood grain finish. We have had these manufactured for us to our specifications by a company that has many years of experience of making other well known kendama brands, and we are very pleased with the results.
