This premium hardwood Dragon Kendama is made from Zebrano wood. It is sold in its natural unfinished state, and has a very attractive colour and grain (watch our video of this stunning kendama below). This solid wooden kendama is slightly heavier than standard beech wood kendama and has a lovely distinctive percussive sound when playing. Zebrano wood is also known as Zebrawood, and is characterised by its striking richly grained appearance that is reminiscent of a zebra. It is a fairly hard wearing wood which has a distinct smell! Premium hardwood Dragon Kendama are standard sized kendama made from exotic hardwoods. Each one is unique. Please note hardwood kendama may get hairline cracks as the wood adapts to different environments (heat, humidity etc). This is normal and will not affect play.
