Baby Dragon Kendama are very small kendama, ideal for keeping in your pocket. They are constructed in exactly the same way as the larger Dragon Kendama and are fully playable. However, their small size will make tricks more challenging! For this reason we do not recommend these as a first kendama. You can see this diminutive bright neon pink kendama in our short YouTube video below.

Dragon Kendama are a good quality wooden kendama. They are made from Beech wood. We have had these manufactured for us to our specifications by a company that has many years of experience of making other well known kendama brands, and we are very pleased with the results. Don't be put off by the competitive prices, these are very good quality kendama. By having so many made for us we can offer these at very tempting prices!

This is a very small kendama - it will fit in the palm of your hand. Not recommended as a first kendama.

A note about the specifications: all measurements are approximate. Wood is a natural material and the weight will vary. The kendama are made within allowable tolerances, dimensions may vary a little.

Dragon kendama are traditionally constructed using the original Japanese design. They are not glued or fixed in place. There are no metal rods. The ball is simply pushed onto the stem. See our help section for maintenance tips.

All Kendama will suffer wear during play. The paint on the ball will chip. This is normal.

The string on your kendama will wear out and can break. It is a user replaceable part; we recommend you buy some spare strings.

Kendama are not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is possible to cause injury when playing with a kendama. Please play with care.
