Notes by Pete: The Auldey pads are in a deep recess which could be siliconed. This yo-yo could be played with one pad for less response. It is tug responsive as stock. The yo-yo is completely unresponsive and requires a bind when a cleaned bearing is used. I swapped the stock bearing for a Vivace Size C concave bearing and it played vey nicely, dead unresponsive. Similar results might be possible if you cleaned the stock bearing (let me know!).

Notice to Customers in the USA: this yoyo is fitted with an Auldey Concave bearing. Because the Dif-e-yo have a Patent on the Concave bearing shape in the USA I cannot sell the yo-yo fitted with this concave bearing to customers in the USA. This is because the Auldey Concave bearing would infringe this Patent. Customers in the USA may buy this yo-yo but the convave bearing will be swapped for a Vivace Size C Stainless Steel Bearing with Nylon Cage.
