Four cog triangular metal finger spinner for adults with a gold colour finish and four moving gears. An interesting gadget to fiddle with. Performs as a straight-forward finger spinner when holding the centre. In addition the cogs are all joined and so move and spin in unison. Note that when you hold the central finger pads and use it like a traditional finger spinner, the outer cogs do not also spin and so do not slow it down (giving longer spin times).
