The "Little Dragonfly 1" steampunk mechanical insect self assembly model kit from Skilltoyz. This small model is fun to assemble but does require good dexterity to assemble the parts. This self assembly (DIY) adult model kit is challenging to assemble, requiring good eyesight, fine motor skills, a degree of skill and plenty of patience! It is meant for adults, but would make an interesting (if challenging) cooperative build for an adult to construct with an older child.

Sold unassembled, this interesting model kit is suited to more experienced model makers. An unusual gift for adults.

Adults only. Not suitable for children under 16 years. Keep away from young children and babies. Small parts could be a choking hazard. Sharp edges are possible.

Notes from Skilltoyz: The model comes with some basic tools, but we recommend you also use your own tools such as precision screwdrivers, allen keys, fine nose pliers, tweezers etc to help you construct this intricate model. It will require patience and care to complete. Some of the metal parts are fragile, please be gentle and careful assembling to avoid damage. Please be careful of sharp edges. Some pieces are very small and easily lost. We strongly recommend you build this model over a clean, clear cloth surface (such as a tea towel) in case you drop any pieces. The cloth will help stop any pieces rolling off the work surface and getting lost.
