It is very hard to find a supply of imperial sized shims (washers) suitable for use with yo-yos because everything sold in Europe tends to be made to metric specifications. After much time and effort Euro-Yo has found a supply of imperial specification yo-yo shims. These are top quality products and are identical (as far as we can tell) to the YoyoJam shims.
