Jinhao FP-9991 Dragon Series fountain pens with medium nibs. Medium-sized ornate pens with two dragons, one dragon wrapped around the barrel the other curled around the cap. The FP-9991 pen can use ink cartridges or bottled ink. All FP-9991 fountain pens are sold by us with a FREE pack of 5 Jinhao international size black ink cartridges.
